Large late medieval structure currently in commercial use. This building was a small part of an extensive leather factory. Known as Dickens Leather, opened in 1936, factory it later became part of Irish Leather. The leather factory closed in the late 1980s. Some of the people who worked here are recorded in a Seniority List
