In 1828 Patrick Cleary held two acres here. He must be the Patrick Cleary who held four acres of David Cleary in 1848/9 at will at an annual rent of £3 10s. In 1850 he had a stable, fowl house and piggery, and his house was thatched and drystone walled, not new but sound and in repair. By 1852 his holding was valued at ten shillings, indicating no change.
