A rural townland in west Waterford which stretches northwards from low limestone fields into the southern Drumhills. Containing a medieval ringfort and also the southern end of an ancient routeway connecting Ardmore to all points north. The higher point of the townland has views of both Ardmore Bay and Whiting Bay.
